A small cloud company in Columbus, Ohio.

We started Aldridge in 2021 after years of running infrastructure for other people and paying bills we could not explain. The goal has not changed: servers you can reason about, prices you can check and people you can call.

Why we run our own racks.

We lease space in four data centers and own every server in them. That is more work than reselling someone else’s cloud, and it is the only way we know to keep prices this low and still pick up the phone at 3am.

Owning the hardware also means we can tell you exactly where your data sits: which building, which cage, which rack. When something fails, the person who racked the server is part of the fix.

We are 38 people. Nine of us take turns on the support line every night, and all of us read the incident reviews.

Aldridge, in small honest numbers.

Inside an Aldridge cage: two racks with cables dressed in tidy bundles

Boring on purpose.

Two power feeds per rack, two network paths per server, spare parts on site and a failover drill every Thursday. None of it is exciting, which is the point.

Start with $100 in credit and move one service first.

No card for the first 60 days. Bring a Dockerfile, a database dump or just a question, and a real engineer takes it from there.
