Privacy policy
Last updated September 1, 2026. This policy explains what Aldridge Cloud, Inc. collects when you use our website and services, and what we do with it.
This page is sample text for the template. Have a lawyer write the real one before you publish.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, company), billing details handled by our payment processor, and service data such as server metadata, logs you choose to send us and usage records used for billing.
What we do not collect
We do not read the contents of your servers, buckets or databases. Our staff can only access customer systems when you open a support case and grant access, and every access is logged.
How we use it
To run and bill the service, to answer support requests, to send notices about incidents and changes to your account, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
In the United States, in the regions you choose for your resources. Account data lives in our Columbus and Ashburn regions.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account is open and seven years after for tax records. Deleted servers, buckets and databases are purged within 30 days.
Your choices
You can export or delete your account data at any time from the console, or by writing to us. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA and can use the same address.
