Billing questions.

The short version: you pay a plan fee and per-second usage, once a month, by card or invoice.

On the first of each month, for the plan fee in advance and the previous month's usage in arrears. Scale plans can pay by invoice with 30 day terms.

It covers usage and plan fees for 60 days. When it runs out or expires, servers keep running and move to normal billing only after you add a card.

Yes. Budget alerts can stop every server with a tag once spend crosses a number you choose. Disks and data are kept.

Only for their disks, at $0.08 per GB a month. Compute stops billing the second a server stops.

Scale plans get reserved capacity at 30% off list for one year terms. Yearly plan fees are two months cheaper than monthly.
