Terms of service
Last updated September 1, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Aldridge Cloud, Inc. for use of the Aldridge website, console and services.

Using the service
You need an account to use Aldridge, and you are responsible for what runs on it. Do not use the service to break the law, attack other systems or send spam.
Plans and billing
Plan fees are charged monthly or yearly in advance. Usage is billed per second in arrears on the first of each month. Prices are listed on our pricing page and change with 30 days of notice.
Credits
Promotional credit, including the $100 starting credit, has no cash value, expires after 60 days and cannot be transferred.
Availability
We aim for 99.99% monthly availability per region. If we miss it, Team and Scale plans receive service credits as described in our service level agreement.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You can export it at any time in standard formats. When you close your account we delete it within 30 days.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any change to these terms takes effect.
