Support Engineer

Answer the phone, fix the problem and write down what you learned.

We are a team of 38 in Columbus and across the US. Everyone who writes code also takes a turn on call, and everyone on call can reach the person who built the thing that broke.

What you will do

• Work on real production systems from your first week

• Write down how things work, so the next person does not have to ask

• Take a turn on call, one week in six, paid at $600 a week
